International Shipping (Rest of the world)

International Shipping is Available with an added shipping charge of 700 AED at the checkout. Our team can assist you on WhatsApp anytime during the process of the order.

Also, Express International Shipping is available for paintings up to size 60×90 cm with an added charge of 1200 AED at the checkout.

Once the order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and then we will begin processing the order. An order is usually shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment if the item ordered is available in the United Arab Emirates. It is important to note that some artists are located in other parts of the world, and delivery times may vary according to their location. As soon as the payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation by email. We keep the certificate signed/confirmed by the registered customer.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain an accurate inventory count on our website, but sometimes there may be inventory variation. and we may not be able to fill all of your items at the time. Purchase. 2. Shipping Cost

 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

3. Returns

a) Return Due to Change of Mind

 Agwa Art Gallery UAE will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 2 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping in the UAE will be arranged by us and for the other countries, it will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Agwa Art Gallery UAE) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

4. Delivery conditions

a)Domestic Shipping Time

In general, domestic shipments transit between 2-7 days

b) Transit time Internationally

 In general, international shipments are shipped within 14  business days and may vary depending on destination country regulations.

c) Dispatch Time

Orders for products in stock are usually shipped within 2 business days of payment for the order. Custom orders will be shipped as soon as they are ready. It will be announced to the customer in advance

d) Change Of Shipping Address

  For a change of shipping address request, we may change the address at any time before the order is dispatched.

e) Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, the seller will wait for the item to be available before shipping it to you. Items currently on order will be reserved while we wait for the item. However, Agwa Art Gallery UAE will notify you of any such cases by email.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once the shipment is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking link from which they can track the shipment’s progress based on the latest updates provided by the carrier.

6. The parcel is damaged in transit

 If you notice that the package is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the package is delivered without your presence, please contact customer service.

7. Cancel

 If you change your mind before receiving your order, we may accept cancellation at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has been shipped, please refer to our refund policy. For personalized items, in the event of order cancellation, the customer will be responsible for paying for the artist’s materials and other costs, please refer to our refund policy.

8. Insurance

Packages are insured against loss and damage up to the value specified by the carrier.

 We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed investigating their claim.

b) Procedures for lost parcels in transit
