The artist agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement by contributing Artwork to the Website.
We do not accept works with forbidden material, such as:

The title to the work goes to the customer upon documented receipt and payment of the work upon purchase. The artist retains ownership of the copyright. The Artist agrees to provide the Customer/Purchaser with a purchase contract proving the transfer of title from the Artist to the Customer/Purchaser after full payment of the purchase price.
Customers/buyers are given a money-back guarantee. We and the client/buyer retain the right to return the artwork to the artist if any subsequent quality concerns arise that are inconsistent with the image given. You are required to refund the entire money.
Before signing the contract for commissioned works, the artist must produce the samples or sketches requested by the customer. You must agree to the payment conditions before signing the commissioning contract. The artist receives half of the agreed-upon amount in front and the other half once the artwork is completed.
Under the following conditions, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and delete listings:

- Disrespectful behavior
